The online course is self-paced, and most activities take just 10–30 minutes a week. Live coaching sessions are 60–75 minutes weekly for 3 months.
What’s the difference between the course and live coaching?

All coaching calls are recorded and available for replay. A one on one live coaching of courses for 6 months. You’ll also get access to a private community for ongoing support. There will also be a 24-hour reschedule notice and includes energy call or text to reschedule for the next week.
