1. What age is this program designed for?
Our content is designed for girls ages 1–13, with developmentally appropriate activities, affirmations, and guidance for each stage—from toddlers to tweens.
2. Can I do this with more than one daughter?
Absolutely! Many of our moms participate with multiple daughters. The activities can be easily adapted to each child's age and stage.
3. I’m super busy—how much time does this take?
The online course is self-paced, and most activities take just 10–30 minutes a week. Live coaching sessions are 60–75 minutes weekly for 3 months.
4. What’s the difference between the course and live coaching?
The online course is fun, flexible, and self-guided. The live coaching offers real-time support, group mentorship, and deeper transformation with Lady Ashley.
5. Is this religious or faith-based?
Our program is values-driven and uplifting for all families. We occasionally include spiritual elements, but the content is inclusive and respectful of all beliefs.
6. Do I need to be “the perfect mom” to do this?
Not at all! This space is built for real moms navigating real life. Come as you are—we’ll grow together.
7. How do I access the course materials?
Once you enroll, you’ll receive login details to a private portal with videos, worksheets, activities, and affirmations to download and print anytime.
8. What if I can’t make the live sessions?
All coaching calls are recorded and available for replay. A one on one live coaching of courses for 6 months. You’ll also get access to a private community for ongoing support. There will also be a 24-hour reschedule notice and includes energy call or text to reschedule for the next week.
9. Can I gift this to a friend or relative?

10. What’s your refund policy?
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for the online course. For live coaching, we ask for a 3-month commitment to honor the full experience. We also offer 3-days refund.
